Bhubaneswar: Mova Tirumal Krishna Babu, a 1993 batch IAS Officer of Andhra Pradesh cadre, Friday assumed additional charge as Chairman of Paradip Port Trust. At present serving as chairman of Visakhapatnam Port Trust, Krishna Babu succeeded S S Mishra who moved to his parent cadre in the Railways, Port Trust sources said. After assuming office, Krishna Babu held a meeting with department heads and senior officers of Paradip Port Trust and also visited the port site, a release said. During his interaction with port officials, he expressed happiness about the performance of PPT in cargo handling andother spheres, it added.
