Berhampur: Two women drowned in a river in Odisha’s Ganjam district Monday, police said.
The incident happened at Sevak Tikarapada in Digapahandi block, they said.
The deceased were identified as Lalita Padhy (64) and Sabita Gouda (40), they added.
The bodies were fished out of the river at Golanda, about 1km from the village, police said.
