The biggest puzzle here is that nobody knows whether hot water springs present here are formed naturally for built.
Scientific research suggest that when the minerals present in the water here come in contact with external forces calcium carbonate is formed, which has been accumulating on the banks of these springs for thousands of years. This is the reason that these springs have taken the form of a lake.
