Puri: An about five-months-old foetus was found abandoned in a drain near the Mangala Kochi Road here Thursday morning.
Locals noticed the foetus’ presence in the drain. “It was a developed one, and the limbs had shaped up,” one of them said.
It is suspected that either some woman threw the foetus there or it came along through the drain’s flow.
