Bhubaneswar, June 6: Biswa Bharati Cricket Club (BBCA) beat Paramount Cricket Club by eight wickets to enter the final of the Town Club Junior Cricket League here Saturday. BBCA will meet hosts Town Club in the final match Sunday.
Put into bat first, Paramount scored 136 runs for the loss of eight wickets in the stipulated 30 overs with Aniket Tripathy (24) emerging as the highest scorer. Gourav Jena bowled well to scalp three wickets.
In reply, BBCA made a mockery of the run chase as they overhauled the total in 27.4 overs for the loss of only two wickets. Man of the match M Prashant (81) led the run chase with a fine unbeaten half century.
