The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) were trolled mercilessly on social media after one of their old videos faced copyright issues, inviting a barrage of hilarious responses from fans on Twitter.
The video was removed from BCCI’s official Twitter handle. The video, posted on March 19 in 2017, showed Wriddhiman Saha and Cheteshwar Pujara’s astonishing knocks during India vs Australia series in 2017.

“3rd Test ton for @Wriddhipopsand 3rd double ton for @cheteshwar1 #INDvAUS”, BCCI had captioned the video on Twitter.
But later, the video read: “This media has been disabled in response to a report by the copyright owner.”
The action fetched some hilarious responses both ranging from sarcastic comments to downright trolling of cricket’s highest governing body in India.

The video featured scenes from the 3rd Test of Australia’s tour of India in 2017.
The match was played from March 16 to 20 in Ranchi.
Pujara scored 202 and Saha 117 as India hit 603/9 in reply to Australia’s 451 in the first innings.
The duo’s superb innings was the highlight of the match which ended in a draw. Puraja was awarded player of the match.
