Biplab Samantray has been selected as the skipper of the Orissa team again for the upcoming Syed Mushtaq Ali T-20 East Zone T-20 League to be played at Cuttack March 25-29. Orissa Cricket Association (OCA) declared a 15-member team for the prestigious tournament here Sunday. Govind Poddar has been appointed as Biplab’s deputy. P Roshan Kumar Rao, Manoj Barik and Ashutosh Das are the new faces in the team. Senior players Basant Mohanty and Natraj Behera have been rested as they have niggles.
