Joda: Coming down heavily on the state government, BJP leaders highlighted various welfare and development works of the Modi government at the party’s Vijay Sankalp rally at Sialijoda under Champua Assembly constituency in Keonjhar Wednesday.
Addressing the rally, saffron leaders like Biswabhusan Harichandan, Damodar Rout and Annu Choudhry listed out the failures of the state government, saying thousands of unemployed youths are sitting idle.
“Over last 19 years of the BJD rule, cases of rape, women torture and atrocities are on the rise across the state, “they added.
The state government has rejected the Centre’s Ayushman Yojana while it has implemented its Biju Swasthya Kalyan Yojna which has turned out to be a farce, they lamented.
Taking a dig at Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik, the saffron leaders said a leader who does not know Odia will not understand the issues of Odisha.
Scores of BJP leaders from various parts of Champua gathered at the rally.
