Bhubaneswar: The Quick Action Team of Twin City Commissionerate police and Janla police arrested two drug peddlers after conducting a raid at Laxmi Mandap Sunday afternoon.
About 26 grams of brown sugar, Rs 850 cash and a bike were seized from their possession.
The accused have been identified as Anil Kumar Nayak (30) and Prasant Kumar Mohapatra of Nayapali area. The accused persons were court forwarded.
According to police, Anil and Prasant were waiting for a customer near Laxmi Mandap in their motorcycle.
Acting on a tip-off, QAT and Janla police raided the spot and nabbed them.
