CLAT 2025 Exam Date Announced: Registration Likely to Begin July 2024

The Consortium of National Law Universities has announced the date for the CLAT 2025 exam. The examination will be held December 1, 2024 from 2 PM to 4 PM. Official information is available on CLAT’s official website consortiumofnlus.ac.in.

It is expected that online registration will start in July 2024, but the exact date has not been confirmed yet. According to the official notification, this decision was taken on 26th April 2024. Detailed information regarding the syllabus, application, and counseling will be released soon.

For CLAT 2025, application fee is set at Rs 4,000 for General category candidates and Rs 3,500 for SC/ST/Economically Weaker Section (EWS) candidates.

CLAT 2025 Registration Process 

Follow the below steps to register yourself for the upcoming CLAT 2025 exam:

  • Go to consortiumofnlus.ac.in.
  • Click on the CLAT 2025 registration link.
  • Fill in the registration details and submit.
  • Log in, complete the application form, and pay the fee.
  • After submitting the form, download the confirmation page and keep a hard copy.

 CLAT 2025 Eligibility Criteria 

Refer to the below details to check your eligibility:

  • For General/OBC/PWD/NRI/PIO/OCI categories: Minimum 45% marks in 10+2.
  • For SC/ST category: Minimum 40% marks in 10+2.
  • Students appearing in the Class 12 exam in March/April 2025 are also eligible to apply.
