Khaira: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik, through video conferencing, sanctioned over Rs 9.25 crore under Ama Gan, Ama Bikah programme for 447 projects in Khaira block of Balasore Tuesday.
Projects in various sectors will benefit people in 37 panchayats. Over 5,000 people and their representatives from across the block along with Collector Ramesh Chandra Rout, Simulia MLA Jyoti Prakash Panigrahi, PD (DRDA) Trilochan Pradhan, e-Governance manager Phaguni De, block chairperson Abhilipsa Sahu and vice chairperson Jayant Rout and BDO Mahesh Choudhry were present at the programme.
