Bhubaneswar: US space major National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Thursday took to Twitter to tweet images of Bhubaneswar and Cuttack at night before and after Cyclone ‘Fani’.
Tweeted from its ‘NASAEarth’ handle, the images were captioned ‘Lights Out after Cyclone Fani’. In another tweet the agency wrote, “Power outages in #Bhubaneswar and #Cuttack after Cyclone #Fani. https://earthobservatory.nasa.gov/images/145017/lights-out-after-cyclone-fani … #NASA #India“. (SIC)

The powerful storm, one of the worst to hit India since 1999, knocked out electricity across the state of Odisha.
