Mumbai: Hindi film actress Deepika Padukone made her debut in 2017 with the film Om Shanti Om. The onscreen couple Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika have given many hits like Chennai Express and Happy New Year. Shahrukh-Deepika has given us the biggest hit film of the year 2023, Pathaan. Along with this, Deepika has also done a cameo in King Khan’s recently released Jawan and left a mark with her chemistry with Shahrukh in Jawan. The film was released September 7.
Amid this huge success, fans have started considering Deepika as Shahrukh’s lucky charm. The duo creates a stir at the box office every time. While talking about her cameo in Jawan in an interview, Deepika said that she does not charge for special appearances in movies, “I wanted to be a part of 83 because I wanted it to be about women who stand behind their husband’s success.”
The actress said, “I have seen my mother doing the same. I feel very proud of those wives who stand in support of their husbands’ careers. Along with this, I am always ready for a special appearance with Shahrukh.”
Along with this, while talking about her relationship with Shahrukh Khan, Deepika said that their relationship is more than luck. He said, “We are each other’s lucky charm. In fact, we are beyond luck. We have respect for each other.”
