Rourkela: Muktikanta Biswal has again been held and sent to Loknayak Jayprakash Narayan Hospital from Ramlila Maidan by the Delhi police in the wee hours of Tuesday.
Biswal had walked upto the national capital from Rourkela to meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi meet in April to remind him of the election promises to set up Rourkela Medical College and super-specialty hospital.
The 30-year-old Rourkela man was on an indefinite hunger strike after he was refused an appointment with Modi.
He was taken into custody by Delhi police Sunday from Jantar Mantar. But an adamant Biswal again resumed his protest at Ramlila Maidan.
Biswal did not have necessary permissions from the administration for the agitation.
