Sambalpur: Bipin Haripal, a differently abled man from Tarasingh pada under Sambalpur Municipal Corporation, has alleged of irregularity in PDS sanction by the administration here.
Haripal alleges that he has been deprived of receiving Public Distribution System (PDS) items despite having a PDS card for last three years.
According to Haripal, the local dealer keeps turning him down suggesting his card to be invalid.
He had lodged a complaint with Sambalpur Municipal Corporation and Supply department about the issue earlier. However, after getting no positive outcome, he has approached the district collector to probe into this matter.
