Nabarangpur: A police constable allegedly misbehaved with a woman in the presence of her husband in an inebriated state at Umerkote town here Sunday night.
According to reports, constable Suresh Patra, who works at the Naka police outpost, approached the woman and her husband at the Old Bus Stand in Umerkote at 9 pm and misbehaved with her.
“The constable made lewd gesture at my wife and asked for her mobile number,” the husband said.
The drunken policeman also danced on the road, reports said. Several locals also recorded his act on their mobile phones.
