ECoR hold Korea

Bhubaneswar: East Coast Railway (ECoR) and Korea played out a three-all draw in a warm-up game at the Kalinga Stadium here Sunday. Nilam Sanjeep Xexx (16^th) and Suman Kujur (51^st and 55th) scored for the Railway side while Lee Seunghoon (37^th), Kim Hyeongjin (44^th) and Jang Jonghyun (47^th) scored for the visitors.

Neelam scored on the counter-attack for ECoR. Sunned by the goal, the Koreans tightened up their game. They made repeated forays to restore parity but failed to do so till the interval.

However, after the break, the Koreans scored thrice in quick succession. Their first was a field goal off a combined move while the next two were penalty corner conversions.

But ECoR players did not lose heart. They played on aggressively and earned two penalty corners which Kujur converted to restore parity in the game.
