Choudwar, Jan 23: ECoR, Khurda will meet Rameswar Sporting of Bhubaneswar in the final of the State Level Biju Patnaik cricket tournament at the Kalpana Ground here Sunday.
In the second semifinal played Friday, ECoR thrashed Pragati Sporting by 158 runs. Put into bat first, ECoR scored 284 runs for the loss of eight wickets in 30 overs with Abhisek Yadav (115, 60b) emerging the top scorer. His innings fetched him the man of the match award. Then Lagnajit Samal took four wickets to dismiss Pragati for 126 in 27 overs.
