Bhubaneswar: A man was killed, and his younger brother was critically injured after the two allegedly attacked each other with bombs over a family dispute in Mahul village under Chandaka police limits Wednesday.
The deceased was identified as Mohan Padhi, while his younger brother, Madan Padhi, sustained critical injuries in the blast. He was initially rushed to Capital Hospital in Bhubaneswar and later shifted to SCB Medical College and Hospital in Cuttack for further treatment.
Madan has reportedly lost one of his hands in the incident.
Police are investigating the circumstances leading to the alleged bomb attack and the dispute between the two brothers.
