Age is just a number for Bollywood’s Shehenshah. Even at 72, he looks remarkably vibrant, even after having experienced some health issues in the past. Known for portraying some of the finest characters on screen, Amitabh Bachchan follows a strict vegetarian diet and a disciplined lifestyle. Whether traveling for work or at home, he can be found at the gym every single day, without fail.

In spite of Big B’s hectic schedule these past years, there is one thing which has always been consistent since the beginning of his career–his lunch box. His breakfast consists of beans sprouts, occasionally he likes to have corn flakes or muesli with milk or yogurt or some hard-boiled eggs.
