Girls here sleep for money to meet college cost

Students work their way through colleges to meet their education cost. But in West Africa’s Sierra Leone, the girls opt for prostitution to foot the education bill.

Right to education never discriminates in favour of boys or girls. But due to some reason, ever increasing educational expenses being the major one; some are forced to leave their education half way through.

There are some others who instead of leaving their education mid way, do part time jobs to meet their education cost.

Similarly, the girls in Sierra Leone go for prostitution. The money they earn from this, is used for paying off the school college fees, and if something is left after that, is used for purchasing books or something like that.

Surprisingly, their families are least are bothered about their education. They never give a pie to their daughters for continuing higher education.

Finding no other option, the girls though unwillingly sleep with unknown persons every night and during the day attend classes.
