Cuttack, May 11: Ranu scored eight goals, including a double hat-trick while Samiksha struck five times including a hat-trick, to help Haryana pummel Chhattisgarh 15-0 in one of the matches of the Sub-Junior Girls’ National Football Championship at the Satyabrata Stadium here Monday.

Ranu scored in the ninth, 32^nd, 46^th, 52^nd, 58^th, 67^th, 71^st and 85^th minutes respectively while Samikhsa struck in the 23^rd, 33^rd, 78^th, 83^rd and 87^th minutes respectively. The two other goals were scored by Poonam (62^nd) and Rajni Bala (80^th).

At the Barabati Stadium, Tamil Nadu thrashed Gujarat 8-0. NV Santhiya (third, 20^th, 65^th, 85^th) scored four goals including a hat-trick. S Pakavi (46^th, 61^st, 74^th) also notched up a hat-trick, while P Nikita (69^th) struck once.

In another match at Barabati, Sikkim edged past Uttarakhand 3-1. Karishma Rai (21^st), Sujana Maguel (62^nd) and Sabnam Limbo (84^th) were the scorers for Sikkim. Bhagawati Chouhan (21^st) got one back for Uttarakhand.
