Keonjhar: A man hacked his wife to death over a family feud in Kharaba village near Harichandanpur in this district Sunday night.
According to reports, a disagreement erupted between Kankad Mallar and her husband Jethu Mallar late in the night over some issue that later turned into a heated argument.
In a fit of rage, the accused took an axe and hacked his wife.
The husband fled from the scene after his wife bled profusely and died on the spot.
Police reached the spot in the morning and seized the dead body for autopsy.
