Kerala CM Pinarayi Vijayan will not attend PM Modi’s video conference with chief ministers

Thiruvananthapuram: Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan will not be present at the time when Prime Minister Narendra Modi has a video conference meet with the chief ministers Monday, sources said.

Vijayan has decided to depute State Chief Secretary Tom Jose and the reason is, Kerala does not have the permission to speak, as only seven states are allowed to speak during the video meet with the Prime Minister.
