Bhubaneswar: Twin-city commissioner of police (CP) Sudhanshu Sarangi Friday felicitated woman constable Anupama Swain, who has brought laurels to the department by winning a bronze medal in ‘Jiu-Jitsu Martial Arts’ in the recently concluded ‘2019 Chungju World Martial Arts Masterships held in South Korea.
