Bhubaneswar, Dec 23: The East Coast Railway (ECoR) has decided to provide stoppage to Puri-Sambalpur Intercity express at Mancheswar and Bamur stations.
Bhubaneswar-Bolangir Intercity express has been allowed an additional stoppage at Mancheswar while Kharagpur-Khurda Road passenger was allowed to stop at Lingaraj Temple Road and Manjuri Road stations on a pilot basis from January 1 onwards. According to an ECoR press release, Bhubaneswar-Bolangir Intercity express will reach Mancheswar at 6.54am and leave the station at 6.56am. In the return direction, it will arrive at Mancheswar at 9.22pm.
The Sambalpur-Puri Intercity will reach Bamur at 7.25am and Mancheswar at 10.28 am. In the return direction it will arrive at Mancheswar at 5.24pm and Bamur at 8.30 pm.
Similarly, Kharagpur-Khurda Road passenger will reach Manjuri Road at 9.14am and Lingaraj Temple Road at 11.42am. In return direction, it will reach Lingaraj Temple Road at 4.35pm and Manjuri Road at 7.20pm and leave for Kharagpur at 7.21 pm.
