Bhopal: A mysterious thief in Madhya Pradesh’s Bhopal has kept everyone wondering with his antics.
While incidents of loot and theft are on the rise, the strange thief has been pestering people with his new antics. He doesn’t steal costly things, but ordinary things like buckets, food, clothes, shoes etc.
The thief is known for what he steals, which does not include any expensive material. He goes to a house and first steals bucket and mugs and when that is done, he goes to another house and takes a bath on the terrace, following which he steals food and consumes it on the terrace of another house. He has done this in at least 10 houses in Bhopal so far, and the police are on the look-out for this mysterious thief.
Rashmi Sadhwani, a local, said that a week ago the thief had stolen bucket and mug from her neighbour’s house and then came to her house and took a bath on the terrace, and left his old clothes behind. After that, he went to another’s person’s house from where he took some food material and ate it on the terrace before leaving.
When police were approached over the issue, they said that the residents should have caught the thief themselves as the thief’s images were captured in the CCTV camera. Police further said that they cannot register an FIR in such trivial matters.
