Beijing: Spanish tennis star Rafael Nadal said Tuesday here that he has been saddened almost to the point of tears by recent events in the north-eastern Spanish region of Catalonia which left more than 700 people injured. “It’s a shame we had to get to what was arrived at Sunday,” Nadal said here. “Personally, I feel like crying. The image that we have conveyed to the world is negative,” he added.
