India is a religious country where humans go to religious places according to their choice and religion. Sometimes, for mental peace, sometimes to get rid of problems, people do various types of worship. However, today we are going to tell you about a temple where worship is not done.
Name of this temple is Hathia temple located in Pithoragarh district of Uttarakhand. It is said that this temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva is cursed.
However, devotees come from distant places to visit Lord Shiva in this temple. They come here and admire the unique architecture of this temple and return to their homes back, but they do not worship here.
According to mythology, there was sculptor who once turned paralysed in one hand. But still he made sculptures with one hand.
But the villagers often taunted him that he could not do with the help of one hand.
After repeatedly listening to the villagers’ taunts, his mind was completely saddened, he gathered his tools and started and left village. Before going, he built a Shivling in this temple.
The next morning, when a man from the village saw that someone cut the rock and gave it the form of shivling.
But the face of the shivling was in wrong direction according to vastu. Hence no one has ever worshiped there.
