Bhubaneswar: Aspirants can now start applying for getting admission into Teacher Education (TE) courses such as Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), Bachelor of Hindi Education (B.H.Ed) and Master of Education (M.Ed) for the academic year 2023-24.
The online Common Application Form (CAF) for admission into the TE courses started May 4 and the last date to fill the form up is May 14.
Students can apply on the Student Academic Management System (SAMS) portal at https://te.samsodisha.gov.in.
Candidates whose final Under Graduate (UG) results are awaited can also apply online to appear in the entrance test, read the official notification.
The entrance examination for admission into M.Ed courses will be conducted June 10 whereas, for B.Ed, and B.H.Ed courses, the examination is scheduled to be held June 11, 2023.

May 4: Availability of online Common Application Form (CAF) on the website https://te.samsodisha.gov.in/
May 14: Last date for applying online CAF
May 18: Handing over the CAF details to State Selection Board (SSB), Odisha by OCAC
June 1 to June 11: Availability of Hall Ticket on SSB website to download
June 10: Entrance Test-2023 for M.Ed
June 11: Entrance Test-2023 for B.Ed., B.H.Ed
July 8 to July 16: Updation of graduation/ equivalent marks by the applicant
July 15: Handing over the entrance marks to OCAC by SSB, Odisha
The notification further informed that the final year UG students whose results are awaited need to upload their marks prior to merit list preparation as per the official schedule.
Candidates are advised to keep checking the key dates of SAMS TE on the website, as the dates are subject to change, the notification informed.
