Bhubaneswar: Odisha matric results are likely to be declared in the first or second week of May, Board of Secondary Education (BSE) President Srikant Tarai said.
Evaluation of answer sheets will be completed Thursday, he said, adding that certificates will be issued immediately after the results are announced. Students who do not perform well will have the option to appear for supplementary examinations.
The matric examinations began February 19, with around 561,979 students appearing for the test.

Exams were conducted across 3,082 centres, all equipped with CCTV surveillance. Authorities made extensive arrangements to prevent question paper leaks, including live streaming from all examination and nodal centres.
