People can lose weight up to four kilograms in a month after attending Zumba classes. Heavy workouts are not necessary for zumba, but participants dance and burn calories. We take Rs 800 per month.”

Around 50 participants including students and professionals attend the classes. Classes are held in the morning and evening. The fitness centre has also scheduled a separate slot for women.
