Bhubaneswar: The Utkal University Teachers’ Association (UUTA), in collaboration with All Odisha University Teachers’ Association (AOUTA), hosted a strategic conference titled ‘Odisha’s Higher Education Landscape 2036: Challenges, Opportunities, and Strategic Interventions’ at Utkal University’s PG Council Hall here Sunday.
Bringing together educationists, policymakers, and academic leaders, the conference aimed to assess the current state of higher education in Odisha and shape a future-ready roadmap.
Key discussions focused on implementing the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, fostering university–industry partnerships, establishing startup incubation centres, and promoting research and innovation.
