Bhubaneswar, June 1: Saheed Sporting trounced Oscar Sporting by 85 runs to enter the semifinals of the Town Club Junior Cricket League here Monday.
Opting to bat first, Saheed Sporting scored 179 runs for the loss of four wickets in the stipulated 30 overs with good contributions from man of the match, Subham Pani (64), Ansuman Sinha (41) and Sriram Das Mohapatra (37).
In reply, Oscar were never in the chase and were bundled out for 94 in 16.1 overs. Aman Ali (5/27) was the pick of the bowlers and he was well supported by Sandip Chouhan (3/18).

Sambalpur, Cuttack, Kaling-anagar, Orissa Fire Services, Police Commissionerate-A, Police Commissionerate-B and Koraput won their respective matches to enter the kabaddi quarterfinals in the 72nd State Police Sports Championships in Sambalpur, Monday. In the handball event, Koraput, Dhenkanal and Orissa Fire Services won their respective matches.
