Hardoi (Uttar Pradesh): In a bizarre incident, a fully developed uterus was found in a man. The unusual incident came to the fore after the 40-year-old man complained of severe stomachache and was admitted to a private hospital.
After conducting preliminary test, doctors were amazed to find a fully developed uterus in Sharif Ali, a resident of Todarpur area under this police limits in Uttar Pradesh. After persistence from family members, doctors performed a surgery and removed the uterus. Now his condition is normal.
According to family members, Sharif had a hernia since childhood. He was admitted to Naval Kishore Urmila Devi Hospital to take a checkup after his condition worsened. After the checkup, it was revealed that Sharif had a full grown uterus in the body.
Doctors in the hospital were amazed as it was the first such case seen in the hospital. In the last 80 years, 150 such patients have been found all over the world.
