Sleeping more in winter can be dangerous for health; read to know why

Most people sleep till late in the morning during winters. But do you know that this habit can prove to be very harmful for you?

Therefore, it is very important to keep your routine correct whether it is winter or summer. It has been considered in many researches that sleeping for 6 to 8 hours is right in terms of health. According to a report published in the European Heart Journal, sleeping more not only increases the risk of heart related diseases but also increases the chances of premature death.

According to the research, people have been found to have suffered ‘heart attack and stroke’ due to consumption of alcohol, smoking, wrong physical activity and more than eight hours of sleep. The risk is greatly increased. This research involved people of different incomes from several countries. Therefore, it is very important to follow a correct routine to stay healthy and avoid serious diseases.

For good health, it is necessary for a person to get enough sleep, but sleeping excessively promotes many diseases. Due to which the probability of death of a person including heart disease also increases up to 41 percent. Therefore, your sleeping and waking habits should be corrected. Due to over sleeping our entire routine gets affected, due to which we are unable to follow a healthy routine. As a result, our health starts to suffer.
