Mumbai: South queen Tamannaah Bhatia is in headlines, this time for buying an apartment by paying twice the price in Mumbai. According to a report, she has paid around Rs 16 crores i.e. is Rs 80,778 per square foot while the actual rate is Rs 30,000-40,000 per square foot.
Tamannaah bought the apartment from builder Sameer Bhojwani. As per reports, the prices for properties barely 500 metres from Tamannaah’s new apartment are in the range of Rs 30000-40000 per square foot.
Fans are not able to digest the fact that the milky beauty spent so much for a flat. The building is 22 storeys high, and it offers sea view from every side of the apartment. Secondly, the actor can change her interiors as per her wish. Her flat is on the 14th floor of a high-rise society called Bayview.
Reports are also doing that, Tamannaah is expected to spend Rs 2 crore on the interiors of her new home.
On work front, Tamannaah will next be seen in the multi-starrer period drama Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy that is based on the life of the late Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy, a brave freedom fighter from the nineteenth century.
The film also feature megastar Chiranjeevi, Nayantara, and the iconic Amitabh Bachchan in pivotal roles. It is to be made in multiple languages which include Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi.
The film is slated for a 2020 release.
