BHUBANESWAR: The city of Bhubaneswar is evolving with each passing day as a truly smart city. Food habits of its people as well as eateries based in the city have undergone a tremendous change with time.

Good restaurants meant little more than good food beforehand. However, that scenario is changing slowly. To capture the aesthetic appetite of potential customers, eateries based in the city have started to enhance the interiors of these places. Such enhancements are usually thematic in nature. It is usually based on something unique. Orissa POST interacted with various stakeholders to delve deeper into the subject.
