Katrina Kaif: Katrina Kaif was born in Hong Kong and had several siblings. She had three older sisters, one elder brother and three younger sisters. The Bollywood diva was brought up by a single mother, who had to relocate a lot. Due to this fact alone, Katrina Kaif had to be home-tutored. Katrina Kaif modeled since she was a 14 year-old teen hence she could not pursue education.

Karisma Kapoor: Her startling good looks and lineage were the main reasons Karisma Kapoor opted to drop out of school at a young age to pursue acting. Karisma Kapoor went on to become an actress of note during the 90s and starred with almost every major Bollywood superstar at that time. She had to drop out of school from the sixth standard, since she was 17 when she made her debut in Bollywood with the movie Prem Qaidi.

Kangana Ranaut: Today, she is the most sought-after actresses in the Indian film industry and is the highest earning actress of Bollywood, surpassing the likes of Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra. Kangana was born in Mandi district of Himachal Pradesh to a conservative family. After failing a chemistry test in class 12, it dawned on her that acting was the profession she should go for. Kangana moved to Mumbai, where she performed in theatres and earned scanty wages. Kangana became estranged with her family and it was really later on, that she finally reconciled with them.

Arjun Kapoor: The star of Gunday and Tevar, Arjun Kapoor was never a keen student during his academic days. He was an obese young man and weighed almost 140 kg. Due to this, he was never confident and a little lazy as well. Arjun Kapoor decided to pursue a career in the Indian film industry when he failed to pass an examination, and left his studies for good.

Kajol: Kajol’s parents separated when she was a young child and her mother had instilled in her a sense of independence since a very early age. The Bollywood actress had to drop out of school since she got an offer to work in Rahul Rawail’s film Bekhudi.
