Mumbai: Famous TV actress Anita Hassanandani and her husband Rohit Reddy are going to welcome their first child. They earlier hinted to fans about the same and now have finally announced the good news.
Taking to Instagram, Anita shared an adorable video in which the duo depicted their journey of relationship from being lovers to their wedding, and now finally their pregnancy. Captioning the same, she wrote, “Love you @rohitreddygoa #gettingreadyforreddy (sic)” along with adding two hearts making it equal to three.
Post the news, there was a wave of congratulations on social media. At the same time, there were people who could not let go of their toxic social media behaviour. Their antics came to the fore when a particular user made a derogatory comment about their to-be- child which enraged Rohit.
Photo Journalist Viral Bhayani shared a post congratulating Anita and. Commenting on this, a user wrote, “What’s the point? She will be 50 when the kid is only 11. Kid will be ashamed of walking with grandmother.”
To this, Rohit gave a savage reply, “Standing ovation for getting the math right! What u didn’t get right was the fact that she chose to work her ass off for 20yrs and build a career.. and savings to secure the child’s future! That way even at 50 she would have less to worry about na?”
As soon as the couple shared in the Insta post, congratulations and good wishes started pouring in from celebrities like Adaa Khan, Riddhima Pandit, Mahhi Vij, Saumya Tandon, Aly Goni, Vahbiz Dorabjee and many others. Previously the couple sparked pregnancy rumors in the month of March when Anita shared a post about two babies but the rumors were squashed by her soon.
Anita and Rohit participated in Nach Baliye 9 last year.
