Dhenkikote: Two members of a family died and five others were seriously wounded when the vehicle they were travelling in to Bhubaneswar collided with a truck on NH-20 near Barbeda under Dhenkikote police outpost in Keonjhar district Friday.
The deceased were Tillottama Sundar Ray (60) and her son Srubi Sundar Ray (35). The injured were Soumyaranjan Sundar Ray, Apanna Sundar Ray, Laxmipriya Sundar Ray, Nirusmita Sundar Ray and a child.
Police and locals admitted the injured to the Ghatagaon hospital.
