Youth detained for posting woman’s obscene photos

Cuttack: Police Thursday detained a youth of 42 Mouza Delta Area for allegedly posting obscene photos of a married woman on social media. Sources said the youth, a neighbour of the victim, had morphed her pictures and posted it on Facebook. He also had shared the pictures on WhatsApp which had gone viral. However, the woman’s husband came to know about it later and filed a written complaint with 42 Mouza police outpost following which the accused was nabbed. The police also sought cyber cell’s help to remove all the photographs from social media sites.
