Paradip: Police Tuesday recovered the body of a youth under the beltline of a workshop of Essar Steel Plant at IFCO Square here. The deceased has been identified as Ajaya, son of Birakishar Pilla of Panchapalla village under Chandabali police limits.
According to sources, Ajaya had gone to Paradip Monday evening but did not return home. Family members called him but his phone was switched off.
Locals later spotted his body under the beltline. On being informed, Paradip police reached the spot and seized the body. Since the body was found with a broken arm, it is being suspected that he was murdered. Investigations are underway.
