Argentinian surrealist Pablo Cesar’s film, Thinking of Him, has been selected to close the 48th International Film Festival of India. Based on Rabindranath Tagore’s equation with Argentine feminist writer and cultural activist, Victoria Ocampo, the Indo-Argentinian production tells a story that is set in the present as well as the past and features Victor Banerjee, Eleonora Wexler, Hector Bordoni and Raima Sen.
“My heart was conquered by IFFI in 1994 when I was invited to screen my third feature film. Now I am here with my 11th film, happy and anxious,” Cesar said.
With the theme ‘Celebrating the Future of Cinema’, the 48th edition of IFFI will be held in Goa between November 20 and 28. Agencies
