Keonjhar: Forest department personnel seized three deer hides and arrested one person in this connection from Kadbahali village in the Ghatagaon area of Keonjhar district Friday. The arrested accused was identified as Yadumani Naik. He is reportedly a hunter who killed deer and stored their skins for sale.
Acting on a tip-off, a team of the Forest department led by ACF Ghanshyam Mahanth raided the village. With the seizure of the deer hides arrested Yadumani for illegal possession. The arrested was also produced in court, Friday.
