Kotagarh: Around 30 passengers were injured when a bus fell off a bridge at Daduma ghat near Adari under Kotagarh block of Kandhamal district Monday.
According to reports, the ill-fated bus, carrying around 50 to 60 passengers, was heading towards Jubaguda from Kotagarh when the driver of the vehicle lost control over the wheels, following which it fell off the bridge.
The passengers were rescued by the locals and rushed to Kotgarh hospital. Later, some grievously injured people were shifted to Baliguda sub-divisional hospital. On being informed, the police reached the spot and seized the bus.
