Jharsuguda: Panic gripped the inmates, patients and staff of a private hospital near the district collector’s office here, after a video featuring a ‘ghost’ roaming around the hospital went viral Thursday.
The “ghost”, clad in white dress, was seen climbing the hospital wall to reach the upper floor of the hospital. It is learnt that the video is going viral through Whatsapp and Youtube for a week now.
The hospital authorities said, “This is a fake video made by animation. It is being spread to degrade the name of the hospital.” They lodged a complaint with the town police. “We are probing the incident,” town police IIC said.
