Rajkanika: An eleven-year-old boy lost his life after he was bitten by a poisonous snake Thursday. Pabitra Rout, son of Pramod Rout of Barunadiha village, was playing near the courtyard of his house. A viper bit him.
The family rushed the boy to the Aul community health centre (CHC). He was later referred to the district hospital (DHH) where he was declared ‘brought dead’.
