Bolangir: Despite an advisory to check circulation of objectionable videos and clips on social media, a video clip showing a minor college girl’s intimate act with her boyfriend has again gone viral in this district Friday.
According to reports, the video clip of a girl from the town-based Junior College was uploaded on social networking sites Friday back and it came to the light only after the video went viral. This has created problems for the victim as well as her family members.
From its content, it appears that the girl’s boyfriend purportedly shot the video. While the exact reason for the leaking the video is yet to be known, it is suspected the girl’s boyfriend may have a hand in uploading the video on the social media.
Earlier, the DGP RP Sharma had cautioned people against such objectionable videos and issued an advisory to check the circulation of such videos on the Internet after several similar videos from places like Bhubaneswar, Sambalpur, Bargarh, Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj and other parts of the state came to the fore.
Now, the circulation of the girl’s video has spread outrage among her friends and college authorities. On the other hand, the video has spread anger among elderly persons who condemned the immature and indecent acts of college goers.
“In the name of attending college, the students are engaging in such nasty things and spoiling the image of their families and parents,” a local said.
