BHUBANESWAR: Mayfair is celebrating Dandia Mahostav form October 10 to October 19 this year at the Mayfair Convention. Amid the popular chartbuster, revelers will get to enjoy performing Dandia alongside celebrities this time.
Mayfair lagoon is celebrating Dandia Raas for the last 15 years. This year the celebration is organized by RR Events and Promotions. Celebrities from Bollywood and Ollywood are invited to the event. It is going to be a theme based event this year.
Dandia nights became very popular among people of the city within a few years. During Navratri, legions of Dandia lovers turn up at Mayfair every year to play Dandia. Considering the love and appreciation of the people for the event, this year Mayfair will organize the event in association with RR Events and Promotions. Samiran Das, General Manager, F&D and Pradeepta Mohapatra, Asst. Vice-President, S&M conducted a press conference in this regard at the hotel recently.
Famous singers from Bollywood and Ollywood will also attend the event. Sagar Tripathy, Arpita Choudhury, Navia Jaitley, Manisha Karmakar, Darshi Barediya, Kapil Thapa, Priya Patidar and Tarab Khan will attend the upcoming Dandia Mahostav. Renowned Odia anchors like Sulanga Routray, Diskha Tiwari, Manasi Mishra and Soma Mohapatra will host the event.
The entire resort would be decorated with the theme of Navaratri. Unlimited snacks would be an added incentive for the visitors. Chefs will introduce delicacies in accordance with the theme of the event. Best performers at the event in the categories of dancing couples, male, female and children will be recognized with attractive prizes. Other attractions such as tattoo painters, chudiwala, and nail art among other activities will also be available at the event.
